Lovely landscaping, pool access experience, rental bikes availability
The air conditioning was broken for nearly a day!!! It was incredibly frustrating that maintenance didn’t follow up!!! The lack of light in the balcony area was disappointing, along with broken amenities. Cleaning could use serious improvement!!!

Decent Stay for Family With Minor Flaws
The Deluxe Queen Room was cozy for our family of four. Staff were friendly, and we enjoyed tasty breakfasts, especially the delicious western options. The noise from the road was disruptive at night, so I'd recommend asking for a room away from the main road for better sleep.

Cozy and comfy stay
The place has a really nice vibe. The breakfast was awesome—so many options to choose from! The swimming pool was big and great for my kids. Though, I did notice that the food served at dinner could've been hotter. Staff were super friendly, but charging for extra water was a bummer.

I enjoyed my stay at Golden Tulip in Kuta. The staff were incredibly friendly and always quick to help with anything I needed. The pool area stood out as a great place to unwind. I loved hanging out in the cabanas by the pool—super relaxing! The location was perfect for accessing a nearby supermarket and a public hospital. It made everything convenient. The buffet breakfast had a vast selection, offering excellent value for money. The room was spacious, and I appreciated the overall design of the lobby area. However, some aspects of the hotel needed attention. The mini-bar fridge turned out to be more of a wine cooler, which didn’t work well for storing regular items, especially for medications. I noticed that a few amenities were somewhat run down, and though the facilities functioned, they were not as inviting as they could be. I would also say that some areas lacked maintenance, creating a less cozy atmosphere than expected. Overall, these details could greatly enhance guests' experience if addressed.

Had a great time with my friends! The staff were super friendly and helped us with a packed breakfast when we had an early start. We enjoyed visiting the beach and a local market via the free shuttle. The pool area was nice for relaxing after our adventures.
We experienced some noise issues from barking dogs at night, which was pretty disruptive to our sleep. It was frustrating especially after switching rooms.

The room was spacious and super comfy with a large bed and nice sheets. I loved the warm lighting and the lot of charging spots around. There was a big bathroom with a separate shower and toilet, which was great. I didn't have any issues with cleanliness—it was tidy and smelled good. The view was nice too, especially from the pool area.
